Episode 5 "Tan Binh Toan Nang": Revealing the everyday personalities of 11 Rookies

Closing two explosive Performance rounds with the participation of 3 international music groups from South Korea and Japan, "Tan binh toan nang" has delivered unique and "idol"-like performances.
After the stressful competition training process, in this episode 5, the audience will get to see the everyday aspects of the 11 rookies as they spend 1 day transforming into office workers, overcoming interesting challenges from the program together, in order to gain more energy to compete with new international music groups.
Revealing the interesting everyday personalities of the 11 rookies
In episode 5, the 11 rookies transform into special "employees" at a simulated company, each assigned a separate role and prop. Familiar office worker archetypes appear: "internal food expert" Minh Hieu (with a soup ladle and spoon set), "the one who must make tough decisions for the collective" Duc Duy (with a large paper roll), "health caretaker" Long Hoang (with a yoga mat), "janitor" Lam Anh (who has a mop), "virtual living expert" Wonbi (camera), "the one who can't lack sweetness in life" - "bubble tea baby" Phuc Nguyen, "office 'loot' expert" Swan Nguyen (with a large bag to take things), "enthusiastic personnel" - "center of all fun" minhtin (a toy horn), "bao thu" (troublemaker) Duy Lan (with a newspaper head worn on his back), "deadline delay expert" Cuong Bach (with a wall clock worn around his neck), "the careful note-taker and silent contributor" Ho Dong Quan (with a secret notebook).
The rookies will have to perform challenges on different floors; each floor is a 1 "work level" with a different challenge. With each successful challenge, the rookies will receive corresponding puzzle pieces to complete a picture together at the end of the day. In the first challenge, the 11 rookies enter the "Sinh su" (Trouble-making) room, meet the HR department, and experience "one-of-a-kind" tasks while having to interview for a job.
Coming to the second challenge, the rookies must overcome "obstacles" on the way to get to the canteen within 30 minutes, requiring them to use their privileges and collective intelligence. After finding the elevator card with difficulty, the whole team entered the challenge of answering 20 knowledge questions in 15 minutes. Thanks to the privilege from "deadline delay expert" Cuong Bach, the team decided to "subtract" 4 and a half minutes to reduce the time pressure.
The focus of this episode is the third challenge - a thorny and chaotic journey at the company canteen with the mission "Cooking by the recipe". Despite getting extra time, the kitchen still became hectic and full of "drama". While Thai Le Minh Hieu enjoyed the sole tasting privilege, everyone around had to find ways to maintain hygiene, divide tasks, and face "dilemma" (dở khóc dở cười) situations throughout the cooking process.
"Bao thu" (troublemaker) Duy Lan continuously caused laughter with his "patriarchal" (gia trưởng) comments about the dishes, while "health caretaker" Long Hoang became the "culprit" when he accidentally broke the rules and tasted the rice, causing the whole team to stop for 5 minutes. Especially, the "center of fun" minhtin had to continuously blow his horn to cheer on Swan Nguyen running up and down the floors to "loot" items and find ingredients, from eggs to rice paper. Even Ho Dong Quan couldn't escape the chaos when he was commented by Duy Lan as being "more of a 'bao' (jinx) than me" with his grilled chicken seasoned according to his own "inspiration".
