YeaH1 Group enters top 500 largest private enterprises in Vietnam 2025

The 2025 ranking of the 500 largest private enterprises in Vietnam, announced by Vietnam Report, recognizes units that are maintaining a stable growth pace in a rapidly changing market period.
Among them, YeaH1 Group (YEG) entered the Top 500 largest private enterprises in Vietnam with impressive achievements.
VNR500 is based on the revenue criterion and is cross-checked with indicators of operation and financial capacity to identify businesses expanding sustainably. In this picture, YeaH1 continues to be named, in the role of an entertainment enterprise using technology strength to expand its operations more robustly.
Being present in VNR500 this year is like a continuation of the growth momentum the enterprise has maintained for the past 2 years. The group has changed strongly in its operating method, better optimizing its resource structure and investing in technology with the right focus, especially attracting international investors.

Most recently, Singapore's Business Times newspaper, published on 14/11/2025, ran an article titled "Singing all the way to the bank: Vietnam’s pop culture is big business" with the observation: “For YeaH1, the first media startup to list on the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange in 2018, the recovery has been robust – marked by wider revenue streams from brand sponsorships, concert tickets and programme-related merchandise sales. Its net profit surged nearly 5 times to a multi-year high of 122.6 billion dong.
Not wanting to be left behind, the Finnish investment fund PYN Elite began buying YeaH1 shares at the end of 2024. This fund raised its ownership percentage to 8.35% in September this year. Mr. Petri Deryng, the portfolio manager of PYN Elite, said: “Vietnamese audiences are increasingly willing to pay more for quality content and experiences. Any company that provides entertainment products for more than 100 million people in a fast-growing country like Vietnam has strong long-term potential.”
Consolidated revenue for the most recent year, 2024, increased more than 2.4 times compared to 2023, with profit margins and after-tax profit improving steadily quarter by quarter. Many consecutive quarters recorded revenue growth both quarter-on-quarter and year-on-year, even as the enterprise implemented many projects requiring high technical skills, showing the operating apparatus is leaner, more solid, and more responsive to the market's fast movements.

YeaH1's entertainment ecosystem is expanded by connecting many content segments. MangoPlus is developed into a paid OTT platform, providing exclusive content and bringing the group's programs to the international market. 1Creators creates an environment for creators and brands to collaborate based on data, enhancing campaign operation efficiency for brands. The short video segment operates independently, keeping pace with the audience's fast content consumption speed during leisure time. These segments complement each other, serving viewers while also expanding companionship possibilities for brands.
The program "Tan Binh Toan Nang" continuously leads audience interest
From 2023 to present, many of YeaH1's entertainment products have spread widely both domestically and in some international markets. The 8-night concert series "Anh Trai Vuot Ngan Chong Gai" created a huge influence on the market, a motivation for current Vietnamese concerts being organized and also attracting international stars to perform. The programs "Chi Dep Dap Gio", "Gia Dinh Haha", and "Tan Binh Toan Nang" maintain an extremely large viewership on television and digital. Afterward, YeaH1 developed paid derivative content on YouTube for the programs, opening a new revenue stream and creating more interactive space for the dedicated audience.
YeaH1's cooperation activities continue to expand in many fields from content production, distribution, to technology and brand campaigns. Domestic and international partners accompanying YeaH1 have recorded high efficiency levels in reach, likeability indexes, and commercial conversion capabilities. This creates more confidence for the enterprise to strengthen its partnership network and expand its scale in the next phase.

At the end of 2025, YeaH1 is organizing the Y Concert music festival, lasting 10 hours with over 55 artists attending, continuing to create a new step for its concert segment and for Vietnam, while also adding an important piece to the chain of core products the enterprise is building.
Parallel with content, YeaH1 maintains financial discipline and the transparency of the first listed media enterprise on the stock exchange. The further optimization of operations, capital, and strengthening of governance capacity has created a foundation for the enterprise to advance further in the coming period.
In recent years, the cultural and entertainment sector has increasingly been seen as a new growth driver for the economy. YeaH1 identifies its pioneering role in promoting the development of Vietnam's cultural industry.
The enterprise is currently implementing many projects aimed at exporting content and bringing products with Vietnamese identity closer to international audiences in the near future.
