YeaH1 Group (HOSE: YEG) Appoints Deputy General Director, Accelerating Platform and Globalization Strategies

The appointment of a young, well-trained leader with sharp strategic thinking underscores YeaH1’s determination to rejuvenate its senior leadership apparatus, aiming for a new phase of breakthrough growth.

YeaH1’s Senior Personnel Strategy: Talent and Practical Experience

Mr. Huynh Quan Minh is a representative figure of the talented young leadership generation at YeaH1, possessing a solid educational background and an impressive track record of practical achievements. He is an alumnus of the High School for the Gifted - VNU-HCM, the runner-up entrant for Group A at International University - VNU-HCM with a full scholarship, and previously participated in an exchange program in Germany.

Before officially joining the Group’s Executive Board, Mr. Minh was known as the "architect" behind the establishment of the strategic partnership between YeaH1 and MangoTV—one of China’s leading entertainment platforms. He was a core personnel member in the negotiation, transfer, and exploitation of major Intellectual Properties (IPs). Consequently, "blockbuster" reality shows such as Call Me By Fire Vietnam, Sisters Who Make Waves Vietnam, Haha Family, and All-Powerful Newcomer were brought to Vietnam, creating a significant resonance and a distinct mark on the Vietnamese entertainment market.

Beyond content importation, Mr. Huynh Quan Minh also pioneered the construction of the MangoPlus platform and established mechanisms for receiving international-standard production technology transfers from partners to be applied in Vietnam.

Expanding the Ecosystem and Conquering International Markets

In his new role as Deputy General Director, Mr. Huynh Quan Minh will be directly responsible for the Platform Development & End-User Ecosystem division (including MangoPlus, 1Creators, YeaH1 Digital, and 1Game) and International Market Development.

The core mission of the new Deputy General Director includes three main pillars:

First: Driving sustainable growth by expanding the end-user ecosystem, optimizing commercial models, and standardizing data-driven operational management.

Second: The "Go Global" strategy, coordinating with the leadership to expand the Group’s international markets, including selecting target markets, designing cross-border operational models, and positioning YeaH1’s role in the global value chain.

Third: Building and developing new trends, continuing to leverage strengths in capturing digital content trends—exemplified by the Short Drama model, which he pioneered in the North American market and is currently promoting strongly in Vietnam.

The appointment decision is effective as of March 4, 2026.
