This year's award is particularly significant as it focuses on the theme of "Multi-Generation Synergy," recognizing YeaH1's ability to connect, nurture, and leverage the potential of a multi-generational workforce to create value for both personal and corporate development.

The HR Asia Awards is an international event organized annually by HR Asia Magazine in various markets, including Singapore, South Korea, China, Malaysia, and Vietnam. Participating companies undergo a rigorous evaluation process that includes the T.E.A.M. (Total Engagement Assessment Model) survey, an independent assessment of reputation and work environment, and interviews with HR Asia's leaders and experts to ensure transparency and objectivity. This year, 655 companies participated, with 119 being honored in Vietnam.
Mr. Michele D'Ercole, President of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam (ICHAM), presented the "Best Companies to Work For in Asia" award to representatives of YeaH1.
